FYI, this story is more than a year old

If you played the Last of Us game in 2013 and thought that the game ended too soon - you're in luck.

The Last of Us Left Behind DLC is due to be released in New Zealand on 14 February, so if your idea of a romantic Valentines Day is helping Ella and friend Riley continue their journey you're in for a treat.

Naughty Dog has summarised the game as; "Ellie returns as new light is shed on her relationship with Riley, her best friend from the military boarding school they both grew up in.

"After inexplicably disappearing for weeks, Riley reemerges in Ellie’s life with a surprising revelation. The two sneak out of their school for the last time, leading to a series of events that will forever change both of their lives."

The DLC is available to pre-order on PSN for $27.95.
