BlinkMobile Interactive, an Australian headquartered Mobile Enterprise Application Platform (MEAP) provider, today announced its continued expansion into New Zealand with the signing of an agreement through its partnership with Vodafone New Zealand, for the provision of its Blink Mobility Platform to Auckland Council.

The company's Enterprise Mobility Platform will enable Auckland Council to mobilise information and services across the organisation on a variety of devices, including smartphones, tablets and laptops.

“Auckland Council is the first council in New Zealand to sign with BlinkMobile and we are delighted that it has recognised the business benefits that the platform is able to achieve in relation to greater employee productivity and improved customer service," says Tony Harris, Director and Chief Sales Officer, BlinkMobile Interactive.

“We are now in the position of providing the mobility platform for both Auckland Council and Brisbane City Council, the two largest local government authorities in the southern hemisphere.

"We are thrilled to have been given the opportunity and responsibility to work with both councils to provide world-class solutions to benefit ratepayers."
