Industry veteran heads up Interactive Intelligence’s ANZ IT deployment push

Interactive Intelligence has appointed Paul Crump as Territory Manager, ANZ, Business Process Automation.

Based in Melbourne, Crump joins the company with more than 25 years’ experience in the IT industry working for organisations including Telstra, Genesys and Nuance Communications.

He is tasked with growing mutually successful relationships between Interactive Intelligence and its customers based on the successful deployment of the company’s Interaction Process Automation (IPA) solutions.

“Crump brings the proven ability to build and lead a highly successful sales operation and we are looking forward to the addition of his expertise,” says Brendan Maree, Vice President Asia Pacific and Japan, Interactive Intelligence.

“His proficiency in driving successful IT deployments will be an invaluable asset to Interactive Intelligence as we continue to expand our offering in the business process automation market.”

Crump was previously an account director at Nuance Communications where he led the Telstra account and developed key account strategies to drive new revenue.

Prior, he worked as an account director at Genesys where he developed a range of contact solutions opportunities with Telstra and implemented a customer contact and peer relationship plan.
