FYI, this story is more than a year old

Intilecta has elected Jim Quinn as new board chairman, having joined recently to spearhead the next phase in Intilecta’s growth plans.

The company says Quinn brings a huge amount of connections and experience to the board having acted in a number of executive and board level positions within the software, logistics and government verticals.

Intilecta specialises in information presentation, customer relationship management, behavioural intelligence and enterprise apps.

Quinn brings a proven governance record in early stage technology businesses having been chairman of MCom, a Kiwi-based company that operated in the mobile banking industry and recently expanded successfully into the US market.

Most recently Quinn completed a five year tenure as the inaugural CEO of KiwiRail, who led the reintegration of New Zealand’s rail assets and business. Prior to that, he led the Express Couriers joint venture between New Zealand Post and DHL.

"I am incredibly excited to join the Intilecta team. Mobility and Cloud solutions are a massive opportunity as enterprise organisations look to technology to help them become more dynamic and agile" says Quinn.

Quinn has previously held GM roles in New Zealand Post, Advantage Group (EFTPOS Industry), WEL Energy, QED Software and New Zealand Couriers.

Quinn is currently a director of Lyttelton Port, Payments New Zealand, Halls Group, Go Bus and Tubman Heating.
