NZICT names new CEO

The former boss of a global scientific software company has been named as head of industry organisation, NZICT.

Candace Kinser, formerly CEO of Biomatters, takes over from outgoing CEO Brett O’Riley.

NZICT chair, Bennett Medary, says Kinser came highly recommended by her peers, having also served as public sector industry manager for Telecom, and as director of the NZ Health IT Cluster.
