Your Warehouse – the new shopping app where you can get even more bargains

The Warehouse has jumped into the app world by launching a free online shopping app.

They are trying to break new ground in online retail as it announces the launch of ‘Your Warehouse’, which is designed to make online shopping a seamless, personalised experience so customers can shop anywhere, any way.

Partnering with innovation specialist, Sush Mobile, the free app is a first for multichannel commerce because it integrates smart phone technology with The Warehouse’s existing online infrastructure, creating a next generation online retail shopping experience.

The Warehouse has everything you need and now you can browse all the categories right on your phone or tablet. Find thousands of products including – electronics, homewares, apparel, health & beauty, entertainment, toys and much more.

“With over 50,000 products online, the new app means users will have New Zealand’s largest catalogue of products at their fingertips,” says Mark Powell, CEO, The Warehouse.

There are plenty of key features. You can search, browse and buy all products online using a secure checkout service. If you’re in store at The Warehouse, you can use the barcode scanner for product descriptions, availability, delivery information and price.

If you’re not in store and are shopping around looking for the best prices, you can use the barcode scanner, which allows you to check the price of identical products with The Warehouse price.

For consumers, the barcode scanner means that if they find an identical product in any another retail store, they can cross check The Warehouse price on the spot – so that they know they are getting the best possible prices when they shop at The Warehouse. How handy is that.

The app features a special wishlist that allows you to add items of interest and receive notifications when there are sales or price changes.

You can view and shop special offers and weekly deals, as well store locator, opening hours and contact details. You can also share products that you like with your friends on social media and via email.

The app is now available for download on Android and iOS.
