Just over a year since Renaissance announced it was launching its own in-house brand, Yoobee, the label’s flagship Britomart store is set to be unveiled at a gala event in central Auckland.

The event is to take place on Monday September 5, and will showcase Yoobee’s forays into the creative community with projects from Cut Collective and Kathryn Wilson.

Yoobee has until now been represented at rebranded Magnum Mac stores.

Richard Webb, CEO of Yoobee, says the Britomart store will fully express what the brand is about.

“We have worked closely with artists The Cut Collective and footwear designer Kathryn Wilson to create something new in the world of IT accessories,” Webb says.

“They are our Yoobee ambassadors and leading lights in the online Yoobee community.”

The gala will also feature performances from fellow Yoobee ambassadors Knives At Noon, as well as DJ Phoebe.

Tickets are $150 – go here for more info.
