Newly unveiled HTC ONE (M8) coming soon to Telecom customers…

Telecom has revealed that the HTC One M8, unveiled this morning, will be available to customers from mid-April this year in New Zealand.

Following on from its predecessor’s success (the HTC One) at Mobile World Congress where it was named the Best New Mobile Device of 2013, Telecom is encouraging its customers on selected prepaid and pay-monthly plans to take advantage of free Spotify Premium, giving access to over 20 million music tracks.

Billed as the “ultimate evolution of the award-winning HTC One (M7)”, the device boasts a high quality metal unibody with a Smart Sensor Hub that anticipates your needs and uses Motion Launch controls to make everyday tasks easier.

According to HTC CEO Peter Chou, the new Duo Camera technology delivers creative, professional-looking photos and amazing effects, and HTC BoomSound again sets new standards for audio quality on a smartphone.

“In 2013 we introduced the best smartphone in the world, but we never stopped challenging ourselves and the status quo in this category,” he adds.

“As pioneers in mobile innovation, we continue to design and build devices that will dazzle, inspire and transform the smartphone industry.

“Today I’m proud to launch the most stunning, intuitive and advanced handset that the industry has seen to date, the new HTC One (M8).”
