BTG have gained Gold Partner Status with Fortinet, reinforcing the company's reputation as being mid-weight in size but Tier 1 in output and capability.

Branded as "an exciting step for BTG" by technical director Steve Harris, the move combines some of the top engineers and engineering knowhow in New Zealand.

"Key vendor partnerships like the one with Fortinet is paramount to the strategic way in which BTG accelerates customer focussed solutions," Harris continues.

A worldwide provider of network security appliances and a market leader in unified threat management (UTM), Fortinet sees the value in selling its system and subscription service products through a variety of channel partners worldwide.
