CA Technologies has announced the appointment of Carl Terrantroy as Senior director, Partners, for its operations across Australia and New Zealand.

As the local partner lead, Terrantroy is tasked with managing the company’s partner ecosystem, as well as driving new business for the region.

Based in Sydney, he will report to Bill McMurray, managing director, CA Technologies ANZ.

“Carl brings to the position a wealth of experience in the Australia and New Zealand IT industry,” McMurray says.

“Added to this is his unmatched knowledge of CA Technologies solutions and strong leadership skills.

"I am confident in Carl’s ability to lead the team to drive value for our partners”.

After joining the company in May 2009, Terrantroy has held various senior regional executive positions, including Senior director and CTO for the region.

Prior to CA Technologies, Terrantroy led several business development teams at Oracle ANZ and at identity solutions company, Actividentity.

“I am very excited to be taking this next step of my career,” Terrantroy says.

“One of my key tasks will be to grow the partner business, not only in geographical coverage, but also in the areas of Application Delivery, Mobile, Security and Service Assurance through to new routes to market, such as Software-as-a-Service.”
