Compass Communications hunting for new channel partners

“We only offer VoIP services over connections that we can control, delivering end to end quality of service (QoS) and dedicated bandwidth to ensure a business grade product, as opposed to a standard ADSL connection.”

“To reduce dependency on wholesale line providers and to offer our customers better cost efficiency we have invested heavily in our own network infrastructure,” White says.

Refusing to outsource or just “buy rack space”, White says Compass operates its own data centres, while housing a help desk based within New Zealand along with on-hand technical teams.

Established in 1995, Compass currently employs around 130 staff throughout the country, relying purely on Kiwi investment as it nears 20 years of business.
