Provider of automated IT systems management software Kaseya has announced the appointment of Olaf Jones as New Zealand Sales Manager.

The company says Jones, based in Auckland, will be responsible for supporting Kaseya’s existing clients in New Zealand, as well as enhancing the company’s channel strategy and momentum in the SMB and enterprise space.

Jones joins Kaseya with 25 years’ experience in the IT industry in a range of market segments, including software, infrastructure, systems management, ERP, outsourcing and managed services.

“We are delighted that Olaf has joined Kaseya at this time," says Dermot McCann, ANZ managing director, Kaseya.

"His two decades of experience have enabled him to gain an appreciation of the business issues impacting organisations.

"At the same time, he has a proven track record of critical planning and the application of strategic technologies that will help us meet the demand we are seeing for our solutions in the New Zealand market.”

After previously working at Gen-i for nine years, Jones will now lead a team of sales and technology professionals to provide and develop a wide range of ICT services for a portfolio of clients.

“I’m excited to be joining the team at Kaseya which is delivering the right solutions at the right time," Jones says.

"I’m also looking forward to working closely with our sales teams,  strengthening our relationships with key managed service providers and enhancing our presence in the SMB and enterprise space."
