Kiwi-owned distie to bolster Good Technology’s enterprise mobility business

Good Technology has signed a distribution agreement with MPA, a New Zealand owned IT distribution specialist.

The agreement will see MPA market Good Technology’s range of enterprise mobility solutions and provide resellers with training and support around the solution.

“MPA had been looking to augment its portfolio in the area of mobility and after assessing the players in this market, it was evident that Good Technology was unique,” says Steve Macmillan, Managing Director, MPA.

“Its applications, platform and solutions demonstrate true innovation.

“We believe Good Technology has the best-in-class offering, so partnering was a very logical choice for us.

“We look forward to working with Good to further help New Zealand businesses to take advantage of the opportunities offered through the ability to securely mobilise business applications and processes.”

Banking, financial services and insurance will be key vertical markets for the distribution partnership, followed by legal, professional services, government and healthcare.

“Good Technology required a distribution partner in the New Zealand market that has a strong heritage in security,” adds David Cockerham, APAC Director of Channel Sales, Good Technology.

“MPA brings a solid understanding of BYOD, as well as the security concepts and requirements to make enterprise mobility successful. For us, the agreement brings great synergies.”
