Samsung NZ appoints country manager

Samsung New Zealand has appointed Kenny Yeon as their new country manager, aimed at growing their presence in the country.

Tasked with leading the Kiwi division of the company, Yeon's role will have a strong focus on growth, as well as the day-to-day running of the business in New Zealand.

After joining Samsung in 1994, Yeon spent a lot of her career in the IT sales division, while also working for Samsung Asia for five years until 2009.

Yeon's appointment follows the promotion of Chang Kim, the company's previous country manager, to vice president of the SEA region.
