SnapperNet has signed a new distribution agreement with developer of enterprise-grade remote infrastructure management solutions, Opengear.

Opengear manufactures console servers and remote management solutions which include in-band and out-of-band access and control of routers, switches, servers, firewalls, uninterruptible power supplies, power distribution units and environmental monitoring devices.

SnapperNet Director Richard Paul says New  Zealand resellers will benefit from having access to the new products. “Having the Opengear range in our portfolio again will complete our out-of-band management and access and control solution offering to resellers,” he said.

”Our resellers now have all the tools they need to simplify control of complex distributed systems and networks.”

Opengear has also appointed a new New Zealand and Australian Business Development Manager, Brendan Baker.
