Ricoh has been awarded the Kofax Global Partner of the Year trophy, in acknowledgement of its outstanding results and long-term partnership with the business process automation software company.

Announced in California last week, Ricoh New Zealand was also recognised for its depth of technical and consulting expertise, its significant sales across Australasia, its continued commitment to training, and for the innovative solutions it has designed for a number of customers.

Ricoh New Zealand’s Managing Director, Mike Pollok, was in San Diego to accept the award and says it was an honour to be recognised by the US software manufacturer.

“It means a lot to be recognised both at a Group level as the top partner for Kofax across all of its territories, and for our work here in New Zealand," he says.

"I firmly believe in the product and the productivity and bottom line results it can deliver to organisations of all sizes.

“I was proud to accept the award on behalf of Ricoh New Zealand’s skilled team of business process analysts who have expertly configured Kofax’s scan-and-capture solutions to meet the needs of clients including Turners & Growers, Ballance, Croxley and Transdiesel."
