Fresh from purchasing a 50% stake in local cloud service provider AO New Zealand, Connector Systems is hosting an AO Cloud Overview event for resellers on November 27.

Offering an industry insight into how resellers can benefit through partnering with Connector Systems, AO NZ founder Jeff Herbert will talk about the value of AO Cloud and how best to take advantage.

Set for 3:30pm - 5pm at Connector Systems headquarters in Auckland's Mount Wellington, the event will be followed by drinks and nibbles for attendees.

The event comes less than a month after the local tech distributor made its move to AO NZ, now positioning itself ahead of its distribution competitors across New Zealand.

Terms of the deal will see the networking, security and wireless and cabling distributor offer cloud computing, internet access and related services at a wholesale level.

“This is a strategic move that equips Connector's channel partners with a broad range of cloud - internet connectivity solutions to resell and derive additional annuity based pro-services revenue streams," said Dale Smith, Managing Director, Connector Systems earlier this month.
